Refund policy

We encourage you to please take your time in deciding on your purchase at Platform Stone as we do not accept refunds, exchanges or returns for change of mind.  

 

Online shopping has various risks related to dimensions, colours, textures, and materials. If you are wanting more of a closer look into the furniture piece/s, please email us: sales@platformstone.com.au

 

If a refund or exchange has been agreed to by Platform Stone there may be a handling fee. Delivery charges and cost to return the furniture piece/s are not credited to the customer. Once we sent your furniture piece/s, shipping costs are not refunded to the customer.

 

Returns must be in their original packaging, so that way Platform Stone can resell the furniture piece/s. We cannot accept returns where the original packaging has been ripped, destroyed or damaged.
