Shipping policy

Orders:

ALL orders have a 4-6 week turnaround.

You will receive an email to confirm that you have purchased the furniture piece/s. Once your furniture piece/s has been sent out, we will send an email regarding drop off time.

All furniture pieces are inspected before dispatch and packed safely. Platform Stone have no responsibility for the furniture piece/s after they have been sent. If there are any delays / complications upon arrival, please contact sales@platformstone.com.au

We do not take any responsibility for incorrect shipping address, so please make sure you write the correct address.

VIP Delivery Metro $150 - delivered and placed in your selected space.
